Some work experience would be preferable. You need to demonstrate business acumen and to be goal oriented. SupportYou will receive a full induction into the firm on your first day covering all aspects of the firm, including training, health and safety and working arrangements. This is followed up soon after joining the firm to ensure you are completely settled.
As well as financial support for studying a professional qualification, our team structure means that you will be fully supported by experienced professionals throughout your training.
You will report directly to an accounts team manager who will discuss your progress, objectives and development with you on a regular one-to-one basis.
We have a Training Manager who will be available to discuss specific aspects of your training with you when required.
Career paths are not inflexible at Princecroft Willis and we take every opportunity to support you in your career aims.
TrainingAs well as full support for your professional studies, we provide the opportunity for you to attend professional update courses on topics such as auditing, specialist accounts and tax as well as general accountancy updates. We can also offer IT courses and courses to develop skills such as client interviewing, report writing and communications skills.
We will offer you an overview of our payroll and company secretarial functions, HR function, practice management and financial services. You will also have the opportunity to understand what an accounts team manager role entails as well as that of a partner in the firm.
