Opportunities

The partners and staff at Princecroft Willis are highly professional and approachable. We operate a team structure which gives support to all.

For our accounting staff we usually look for the following:-

Senior Staff

We usually employ staff at a more senior level directly from an accountancy practice environment. Senior staff will usually be ACCA/ACA qualified or part-qualified.

Assistant level/Trainee Staff

At assistant level our employees are usually AAT qualified moving onto study for ACCA/ACA. Trainees can commence their training from “A” level standard and go on to study for their AAT. At degree level entry, as part of our graduate development programme, trainees study for their ACCA/ACA.

Tax Staff

We generally recruit senior staff from a practice background. We do occasionally recruit trainees. Experience of working within the Inland Revenue is an ideal background. Most staff in our tax department have studied for their ATT qualification and some go on to study for their CTA.

First attempts at professional exams are fully supported by Princecroft Willis. Please see the Training section of our website.

Our team members are committed and professional and, as an IIP accredited employer and ACCA Platinum Accredited Training Practice, the development of our employees is one of our top priorities.

We also employ team members who are qualified by experience.
