BUSINESS SERVICES ASSISTANT
FULL OR PART TIME
BASED IN POOLE OR NEW MILTON (to suit candidate)
Applications are invited for the position of Business Services Assistant to be based within PW Business Solutions Ltd, the outsourcing arm of our practice The role will be based in either our Poole office or our New Milton office.
We are seeking an outgoing person for the role who enjoys building client relationships.
Reporting to the Director of Outsourcing Services, duties will include preparation of all types of management accounts including reconciliation of bank accounts and VAT returns, financial forecasting and provision of training and support for accounts and payroll packages for our clients. Candidates must have a good understanding of management accounts.
Applicants should have excellent IT and communication skills and should have experience of using Sage, as the postholder will handle queries from clients on Sage products.
Candidates should have experience of working in an accountancy practice.
This is an ideal opportunity to progress within the management accounts and client services field.
Candidates should have their own transport as a high percentage of the work will take place at our clients’ premises (approximately 50%).
A study package is available to study AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
GRADUATE ACCOUNTS TRAINEES X 2

TAX ASSISTANT
POOLE

Candidates are invited to apply for our Tax Assistant vacancy based in Poole.
Applicants should have experience in a practice based personal tax role and should be able to demonstrate strong IT and communication skills.
Reporting to the Tax Team Manager, duties will include managing own portfolio of clients, preparing tax returns and advising on tax liabilities. Applicants should be competent in dealing with medium net worth clients, partnerships, sole traders and company directors. Good knowledge in dealing with PAYE matters including P11D completion is essential.
Applicants should have the ability to build good working relationships with their clients.
The successful candidate should ideally be ATT qualified or part-qualified.
