  • residence permit issued by the Home Office (for applicants from the European Economic Area or Switzerland)

  • document indicating that applicant can stay indefinitely in the UK and indicating the type of work they can carry out
  • an Application Registration Card issued by the Home Office to an asylum seeker stating that the holder is permitted to take employment.
